Adult Swimming Lessons
Our Adult Swimming Program caters for all levels of swimmers. These classes are for individuals who may fear the water or simply want to improve their technique.
The classes are designed to teach swimmers at each level the fundamentals of relaxation, balance and breathing as well as the practice of efficient effective swimming strokes.
Combining all these aspects of swimming will enable them to, at all all times be comfortable and confident, so they truly can enjoy their swimming as they improve both their health and fitness.
Level Information
Beginners - for swimmers who can not yet swim 25m ( 1 Length ) without stopping.
Improves - for swimmers who can swim 25m ( 1 Length ) but then need to stop and rest.
Intermediate - for swimmers who can swim more than 50m ( 2 Lengths ) without stopping.
All lessons take place on Monday nights.
